my eyebrows have minds of their own - and by that I mean each wee tiny browlet has thoughts, dreams, and ambitions of its own. each has an entreprenurial spirit which is played out in careers ranging from modern dance interp to barrister. i posit to you that while a strong independent streak is something one might cherish in ones self or ones child - it is inappropriate in eyebrowdom. characteristics one looks for in a worthy brow participant include: steadfastness, loyalty, ability to take direction. one is looking for the tom hanks of the facial hair realm - not the sean penn. brows should not speak unless spoken to. they should not feel empowered to be adventurous, to wander, to imagine, to dream. my brows are prima donas, and i have had enough. tomorrow, i shall begin interviewing replacements.
