marching on thru march

forgot to mail someone's birthday cards. had them. had them early as a matter of fact, but didn't get them mailed. saying forgot isn't exactly correct, either, b/c i thought about it over & over & over again. just didn't make it happen. needed to get the address, and i thought i had it in my old email. didn't find it, so that sort of put the whole process off. ::sigh:: but, really, i just don't think i tried hard enough, and i'm aggravated with myself about it all.

ut lost today in the ncaa first round. they really could have should have won. now, vandy's out & ut's out. the women are still in it... i guess... hrm. perhaps i should check on that. the women's games are at the same time as the men's. heard a great idea on the radio. the women's season should start a month earlier and have february fever or somesuch where the men's game has march madness. what a great idea - provide focus to the women's game that it deserves. maybe even get some new fans interested in the women's game while they're waiting on march madness. okay, i just looked and the women's final four is april 5-7 in st louis and the men's is like april 4-6 in detroit. it is amazingly difficult to find final four information. the ncaa website is a wee bit wack. but, we don't say wack anymore, do we? no.
