titles are overrated

speedy & i are going to run the 11.2 this morning. did it last week at a good overall pace, but the first part before the golf station was faster than the last part. trying to get it balanced overall, but it's just somehow so difficult to begin again after the golf station.

speaking of golf, brandt snedecker did well at the us open the first couple days, but yesterday fell to +11. still good for a rookie and still beat mickelson who didn't even make the cut. mickelson's whining about his wrist being hurt by the course. that's right, the course jumped up & bit him. he was practicing a month ago, and injured himself playing out of the rough. he called the course dangerous, but you don't see anyone else complaining, do you?
