up & at 'em

coming back to work after being on vacation is difficult -- so much work can pile up. not only was this not a vacation, and not only will work be piled up, but depending on how many people ask how are you doing? i could possibly be throwing things by 9:38am. trying to pretend it will be a normal day, but knowing full well that it will not.
