yes, i have a bruise from the himalaya ride. stupid double-riding ridey rides. sheesh. here is something i learned while riding the himalaya - mount rushmore is in the himalayans. did i mention that already. here is a pic of the lovely centrifugal machine.

just found out kara lawson's on the olympic basketball team. i am a kara fan. she played at u-t and now is a commentator on a major network. i don't remember which. let's go find out, eh? [insert googling kara lawson here.] kara is an analyst with e-s-p-n and also a guard with the sacramento monarchs. the monarchs won the western div championship last year. who knew? here's a pic of kara in her b-ball uni. she looks a wee bit different when she's doing her analyst thang for the network, but i am not going to search all day for pics for you. i know you know how to google.

today i ran 10 miles. there was a deal of walking involved, but i still finished in under 2 hours, so that is good by me. also went to the grocery & did some laundry. thinking the laundry may still be waiting in the machinery. hrm. hrm. why don't you get up & go get it for me, eh? yeah? good!
