it's all saints days, but we ain't all saints.

investigators have discovered that a 12-year-old boy who lives in southern california is responsible for a wildfire -- one of several fires in southern cal this fall that have combined to burn hundreds of thousands of acres of forest and destroy millions of dollars worth of property. prosecutors are considering not charging the boy, not holding him accountable for his fire, one that burned 38,000 acres. they say he did not start the fire on purpose.

i will simply say this: perhaps he did not start a 38,000 acre fire on purpose, but it was no accident that he was playing with matches.
