this morning, it was foggy.

watching the titans weekly coach's show, and the special guest this week is my man cortland finnegan. he does not appear to know how to sit up straight, but he does appear to know how to conduct himself in an interview. he's competent, confident, and pleasantly humble. in case you didn't know, the titans won sunday. lendale white had another solid game, and i must say his stuff is starting to come together. one thing i did not realize about the game was that the raiders didn't even get into the red zone - not at all, all day. impressive, eh?

today i ran 6 miles, in case you were wondering. big event: nov 18. they say that you cannot do any more training, gain any more advantage, at this point in the game. i can believe that in my head, but it's hard to believe it in my gut, you know?
