stitches

i will not include pictures like some people (lacymarcelle) of their disgusting injuries that occurred when these certain people (lacymarcelle) were competing in sporting events of great physical contact. these people (lacymarcelle) are trying and perhaps succeeding in grossing us out with these people's (lacymarcelle's) pictures of broken bones and lacerated skin.

i will simply state that while running today, i stepped from the sidewalk, and came home with three stitches in my knee.
