a distinctly unfunny analysis of humor sensology

my theory is that most people either have a poor sense of humor, or they have no sense of humor at all. if someone doesn't have good sight or hearing, we've got mechanisms to correct that. [yes, i know we can't correct smell, taste, or touch issues, but that's beside the point,

it's not so bad if people are like, hey - your joke's not funny. what's the worst is when you just get blank stares b/c the blank stares demonstrate that they do not even realize you are kidding around. they did not sense the humor.
it's like they were all raised by librarians.
