that project that was going so well... yeah, the other shoe dropped. the folks who were cooperating had held out a request for totally reformatting the entire shebang, and they played it last night like a trump card. so, we will either reformat and be late or not reformat and be on time. either way, they will absolve themselves and blame us: either we don't care about quality or we don't care about on-time delivery. i advocate for on-time, as the formatting doesn't affect the content. plus, it gets the project over & out more soonerly.

tomorrow - to the park for the 11.2 with speedy & the gang. at 6-freakin'-a-m. don't know whose idea it was to go so early. note to self: get some sleep tonight.

today is popcorn day, but there's no hummus in the house, so it won't be hummus day. very sad. very, very sad.
