7 bridges do play "hotel california", but they didn't mention whether inclusion in their playlist was determined by your preferences.
how you punctuate that sentence depends entirely on what you are trying to say. if you are trying to say that the reason you wonder if 7 bridges play that song is because that song is one of your favourites, you might try completely rewording.
I don't want to reword because the sentence is carefully crafted to be half-statement, half-question, which is precisely the sense that I want to communicate.
if your wish is to be obtuse, the sentence as you have it punctuated suits just fine.
