yesterday i ran 14 miles. well, walked some, but still... that's a loooong way!

gingerbread poptarts are back! and, as good as ever. in other food cabinet news - i finished off the graham crackers, and they didn't have any at the store yesterday. i mean - they had graham crackers, but not the kind i like. so, i could use some. although i ate a whole pack today, so maybe not more today. tomorrow. bring me some tomorrow.

just passing around the channels, and we saw this show: frankie valli: tribute on ice. now, it wasn't actual frankie on the ice, although he was there singing. he & about 20 backup singers & a band were performing his hits, and young men & ladies were ice skating to the music. probably the most contrived show ever.

titans won today - 8-0. crappy green team won - tied for 1st place on the season, tourney starts next week. yay teams!
