iphones are released today, and the local news this morning had live coverage of the folks waiting in line at the mall for the apple store to open so that they can get their new iphone. the reporter interviewed one geek who rambled on about how excited he was. then, the reporter revealed that this geek was the only person in line. a line of one! that's just funny, i don't care who you are. she also reported that there was a much larger crowd at another mall -- 5 people. they are really bustin' down the doors for these things, eh? they are going for something like $500 a pop with a $60 per month rate plan, so go figure.
